Kerstyn grew up in Turlock, CA and moved to Fresno in 2011 to attend California State University, Fresno where she earned her B.S. in Child Development. After spending 3 years as an instructional assistant in an Early Intensive Autism Program for a local elementary school, she decided to pursue higher education in ABA. She has since earned her Master of Arts in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University.
She started working for California Autism Center in 2016 as a behavior technician and earned her RBT in March 2019. Kerstyn has since earned promotions to Social Skills Assistant, Case Assistant, and is now Training Team Manager. She is dedicated to teaching new employees about Applied Behavior Analysis, so they can make a difference in the lives of our clients.
When Kerstyn is not at work you can find her exploring downtown Fresno, or enjoying time at home with her fiance and their 2 cats.
