Kerstyn Wilson, M.A., BCBA

Director of Training

Kerstyn Wilson is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and the Director of Training and Staff Development.

Originally from Turlock, CA, she relocated to Fresno in 2011 to attend California State University, Fresno. Here, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Child Development. After dedicating three years in an Early Intensive Autism Program at a local elementary school, Kerstyn focused on furthering her expertise in Behavior Analysis. This pursuit led her to obtain a Master of Arts in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University.

Joining the California Autism Center in 2016 as an entry-level Behavior Technician, Kerstyn's dedication and contributions led to multiple promotions, culminating in her esteemed position on the Board of Directors. As a first-generation college graduate and a proud Central Valley native, she finds inspiration in her personal journey and is committed to guiding others towards their highest potential. Mentorship and training have always been pivotal aspects of Kerstyn's approach, harmonizing perfectly with the company's mission of changing lives and building careers.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Kerstyn finds joy in spending quality time with her husband, pets, and sisters. During her leisure hours, you can find her listening to Taylor Swift's music, indulging in the world of musical theater, and attending live concerts.
