Director of Training

Kerstyn grew up in Turlock, CA and moved to Fresno in 2011 to attend California State University, Fresno where she earned her B.S. in Child Development. After spending 3 years as an instructional assistant in an Early Intensive Autism Program for a local elementary school, she decided to pursue higher education in ABA. She has since earned her Master of Arts in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University.

She started working for California Autism Center in 2016 as a Behavior Technician and has since earned promotions to Social Skills Assistant, Case Assistant, and Lead Training Coordinator. Kerstyn became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in June of 2020, and is now Manager of the Training Team. She is dedicated to mentoring the Training Team and teaching new employees about Applied Behavior Analysis so they can make a difference in the lives of our clients.

When Kerstyn is not at work you can find her exploring downtown Fresno, or enjoying time at home with her husband and their 3 cats.
