Nicholas De La Torre completed his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Fresno in 2009. He graduated with an ABA certificate through the Psychology Department and took graduate coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis. Nicholas also obtained a certificate in Administration and Leadership for Community Benefit Organizations under the Sociology Department at Fresno State. The Humanics program allowed for hands-on experience in social policy analysis, grant writing and evaluation, philanthropy and grant making. Nicholas has experience and education in financial accounting and project management.
Nicholas has been working in the field of autism services for the past eight years. Leaving Fresno State’s Autism Center as the Director of Operations in 2016, he joined the team at California Autism Center and Learning Group as the Director of Human Resources. In his first six months with the company Nicholas implemented new software to improve day-to-day operations.
Nicholas is committed to improving his community and enjoys living in Fresno with his spouse, son, and two dogs.
