Norma Alvarez-Mendoza is a Registered Behavior Technician. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Fresno. Norma later received her Master of Science with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis as well as Marriage Family Therapy at California State University, Stanisalus.
She has worked in the field of Behavior Analysis since 2012. Prior to working at CAC, Norma worked as a behavior therapist for a couple of ABA companies in the Central Valley providing both in-home and center-based treatments. Norma has also worked in the Counseling field since 2016. She has worked in the school setting as a Mental Health Clinician providing counseling services for children and teenagers. She has found both fields reinforcing and aspires to continue learning to best serve those who need her.
On a personal note, Norma enjoys spending time at Disneyland, crafting, and traveling with her husband.
